The annual report to be submitted by the commission in accordance with section 45 of the Act shall include the following:-

(a) Manpower management and material management of the commission,

(b) Annual plan of the Commission and its work progress, (c) Number of voters collected and updated, (d) Election conduct and management, (e) Management and use of information technology,

(f) political party management,

(g) resource mobilization,

(h) existing policies or existing laws related to elections Suggestion given to the concerned body on matters to be improved,

(i) other necessary matters.
